ON LINE TESTING

 

This year is an important step for KHSAA in the Officials Division.  All testing will be done on-line through www.eofficials.com  If you are not an existing member of EXCEL SPORTS OFFICIATING, you must register, before continuing.  We will continue to process all applications as we normally do, however once processed, testing materials will be sent in the mail with instructions to take the test on-line.  You will have the opportunity to take the test twice and test results will be immediately upon submitting the "Ënd Test" Button.

    Click Report a Disqualified player or coach

    Enter Official ID #

    Enter last 4 digets of your Social Security #

    Click Proceed to Report

    Select Sport Reporting

    Home Team, Visitor Team, Jersey #, player/coach first name

    Payer/Coach Last name, School, Reason, Description of incident.

    Name of other Officials Working Contest, Fax for Reporting Officials (if applicable)

    Click to Continue

    School Must Ask for Reinstatement and Submit to KHSAA

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPORTING AN OUT OF STATE DQ OR ANOTHER INCIDENT

    Click Report Another Type of incident or concern including Out of State Ejections

    Enter Oficials ID #

    Enter last four digets of your Social Security number

    Submit

    Select Sport You are Licensed in by Using Pull Down Option

    Select the Appropriate issue (i.e. Our of State Ejection}

    Give Detailed Explanation

    Submit
