REPORTED FIELD PROBLEMS
Officials are invited to submit information regarding problems encountered at the various field sites around the conference.
For example, if you have a game at Small County High School and there are drainage grates near the playing field that you insisted be covered prior to the game, you should report that so that other officials will be aware of the problem and can check to see that the school covers the grates in later contests.

NEW CLOCK AT GRAVES COUNTY. The scoreboard at Graves County's new stadium is wireless, just as their basketball score boards are; where the problem arises is that once you stop the clock, it will continue to run for anywhere from 4 to 8 seconds. IGNORE the fact that it's running; when they start it back up it will jump ahead to the right time. If the referee doesn't know this going into the game it could possibly cause some problems.
