LiveText Quick-Start Guides: For illustrated, step-by-step instructions on how to perform the most prevalent LiveText processes, use the Help button in the upper right corner of any page in LiveText. (You must be logged in to access the quick-start guides.)

LiveText Online support: LiveText support is available online from the LiveText team. When you run into trouble while in your LiveText account, click the support@livetext.com link at the bottom right of the page. That allows the support team to see the page in your account where you are having trouble and better answer your question. You should receive an answer within one day. To let you know they received your request, an immediate automated reply will be sent to the email address you gave LiveText when you activated your account.

LiveText Phone support: During the business day, you can call toll-free 1-866-LIVETEXT and ask for tech support (M-F, 8:00-5:30p.m. CT).
