Using Digital Cameras and Scanners

With their ease of use and instant access to images, digital cameras and scanners are well suited for classroom use.  Faculty members  can add examples of student work to a Web site, create student I.D.’s, use images to add to newsletters or other publications.  Students can use images of their work in the creation of an online portfolio, add images to e-mail, use images in presentations, or for classroom projects.  Can you think of more ideas?  This session will provide a hands-on overview of using digital cameras and images.  Basic photo editing will also be covered.
