AltaVista's Babel Fish Translation Service

You can enter up to 150 words in the "translate a block of text" and it will translate the block of text into 10 different languages. It will also let you translate a complete web page from one language to another by entering the web address.

Teachers and students may download Audacity software for FREE at this site. Audacity is a free program that allows students to create blogs so that teachers may incorporate them into their curriculum.

Center for the Study of Books In Spanish

German for Travellers

Educators will want to zero in on the Learn section. Explanations, vocabulary lists and exercises are available for those who wish to learn conversational German.
